  • Records and Reports: Apprises Executive Director of center activities and concerns, provides monthly child care report to the Board of Directors, oversees the waitlist as needed, oversees development and maintenance of all administrative records for the center, oversees staff files and updates parent/child files
  • Health and Safety of Work Environment: Updates emergency evacuation plan as needed and reviews annually with staff, executes monthly fire drills in compliance with DHS and PDE, able to lift 40 pounds, uses Grounds Crew maintenance software to report safety concerns.
  • Communication: Maintains active communication with Executive Director, represents Garrett’s Way and Garrett Williamson in a professional manner at all times, maintains positive communication with parents/guardians, schedules and performs center tours, oversees parent-teacher conferences, open houses and community building events (some Saturdays required for public relations events), assists the marketing coordinator with public relations activities, oversees emergency closings/ early dismissal communications, gives input into and analyzes parent surveys regarding Garrett’s Way programming and participates in implementing positive programs/procedures based on results of the same.
